What we shoot

Five drone services. One brief, one quote.

All shot, edited and delivered by the same team — so the aerial work matches the rest of your brand assets.

🎥

Aerial Video

4K cinematic drone footage for marketing reels, sales videos, social posts and brand films. Smooth orbit, reveal and fly-through shots delivered ready-to-publish.

📸

Aerial Photography

High-resolution stills for brochures, websites, planning submissions and printed media. RAW + edited JPEG delivery, with retouching if you need it.

Construction Time-Lapse

Capture a project from groundbreaking to handover. Scheduled return visits, identical framing each time, edited into a single time-lapse film at the end.

🔍

Inspection Footage

Close-up drone footage of roofs, solar arrays, gutters, chimneys and hard-to-reach assets — without scaffolding or rope-access costs.

Safe, legal and accountable

Why our drone work doesn’t need to come with caveats.

UK drone regulations changed in 2021 and again since. Hiring an unregistered or uninsured pilot puts the liability on you. Here’s how we keep that clean.

UK CAA operations

Operations conducted under the appropriate UK Civil Aviation Authority categorisation for the shoot we’re doing.

Public liability insured

Commercial drone work covered by public liability insurance. Documentation provided to your venue or compliance team on request.

Per-shoot risk assessment

Every shoot starts with a site-specific risk assessment covering people, infrastructure, controlled airspace and weather windows.

Permissions, sensibly handled

Where airspace, congested-area or land permissions are needed, we handle the paperwork or advise you on what’s required.

Need our insurance certificate or operator details for procurement? Ask Richard at the contact details below and we’ll send them across before the brief is finalised.

FAQ

Drone services questions, answered.

Half-day commercial drone shoots typically start at £350 + travel for a single UK site, with edited footage and stills included. Multi-site rollouts, time-lapse projects and packages bundled with virtual tours or business video are quoted on request. We always provide a free quote based on your specific brief.

For most commercial shoots over your own land or with the landowner’s permission, the regulations are straightforward and we handle them. For shoots in controlled airspace, congested areas, near aerodromes, or over public events, additional permissions may apply — we’ll flag this at quotation stage and either secure the permissions ourselves or advise you on what’s needed. We never fly a job until everything is in order.

Drones are weather-sensitive. We monitor the forecast in the 48 hours before your shoot and will reschedule (free of charge) if conditions are unsafe or would compromise the footage quality. We aim to keep one back-up date held in your quote so a postponement doesn’t push the project significantly.

A typical single-site commercial drone shoot takes 2–4 hours on the ground, depending on the size of the site and how many distinct shots are needed. Larger venues, time-lapse projects and multi-deliverable shoots (video + stills + 360°) may take a full day or be scheduled across multiple visits.

For aerial video: edited 4K MP4 files, ready to publish, plus social-format crops if requested (square, 9:16, etc.). For aerial photography: high-resolution JPEGs (edited) plus RAW files on request. For time-lapse: a single rendered film at project end, plus monthly progress stills throughout. Everything is delivered royalty-free for your business use.

UK drone rules require maintaining a safe distance from people, structures and properties not under your control. We plan every shoot around this — using longer focal lengths, alternative angles or scheduled flight paths to capture what you need without crossing into your neighbours’ airspace. If part of your brief genuinely requires flying close to a third-party structure, we’ll flag it and work out the permissions together.

Yes — and it’s how a lot of our drone shoots are booked. Aerial footage as the opening shot of a 360° virtual tour, or as B-roll in a corporate brand film, makes for a much stronger asset than either alone. We’re the same team for both, so the colour grade, framing and feel stay consistent across the whole shoot.

UK-wide. We’re based in Long Eaton, Derbyshire, but routinely shoot across all 51 English counties, plus Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Travel is quoted transparently on the original brief — no surprises at invoice stage.
