How Vic Craske runs digital projects from brief to launch
Every project Vic Craske leads at Local Exposure starts with three questions: what’s the business outcome, who needs to see it, and how will we measure success? Those shape the brief, the scope and the deliverables long before any design or code work begins.
For 360° virtual tour programmes, Vic Craske coordinates the on-site photography team, the post-production pipeline and the Google Street View Studio publishing process. For SEO projects, Vic sits between the technical implementation team and the client to make sure recommendations land in production. For new website builds, he handles scoping and sign-off, keeping everyone aligned on what’s being delivered and when.
Vic Craske is actively involved in client communication throughout each engagement, not just at the start and end.
