Most couples shortlist a wedding venue before they ever pick up the phone. A polished 360° virtual tour of your ceremony space, reception room and grounds is what gets you onto that shortlist — and what converts the showround request into a booked viewing.
Why wedding venues invest in 360° virtual tours
- Couples decide visually. Wedding planning is highly visual and highly emotional — couples make shortlists from what they can see, not from a price list.
- Out-of-area enquiries. Lots of couples plan from a different region than the venue. A virtual tour answers their first question (“what does the space actually look like?”) without a road trip.
- Long-distance and destination weddings. If you’re a UK venue marketing to international couples, a 360° tour is essential — not optional.
- Showround prep. Couples who’ve already walked the venue online arrive at the actual showround with informed questions and serious intent.
- Year-round content. A tour shot in summer keeps marketing the venue through winter and early-year booking peaks.
What a wedding-venue 360° tour includes
- Ceremony spaces (church/hall/outdoor) — empty and (optionally) dressed for a wedding
- Reception rooms, breakfast spaces and dancefloor
- Grounds, courtyards and photo backdrop areas
- Accommodation rooms (if you have on-site accommodation)
- Drone aerial footage of the venue and grounds for the opening shot
- Custom-hosted on your own site with hotspots, captions and clickable enquiry CTAs
Pricing
Wedding venue virtual tours start from around £800 for a half-day shoot covering ceremony space, reception, grounds and key external shots. Larger estates with multiple ceremony options and on-site accommodation are quoted individually — typically £1,200–£2,000. Aerial drone footage is usually £350+ added on the same shoot day.
Every project gets a free, written quote — see our full UK virtual tour pricing page for more detail.

We shoot UK-wide from our Long Eaton, Derbyshire HQ — all 51 English counties, plus Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. See our UK coverage page for area-specific service pages and pricing.
